IdentoGO Fingerprinting for the NYS License

Every applicant has to submit fingerprints to New York State and the FBI. It's a short in-person appointment — but the enrollment process is where a lot of applications quietly stall.

What it is

A short appointment (usually 10–15 minutes) at an IdentoGO location. Your fingerprints are captured electronically and transmitted directly to New York State and the FBI. This is a mandatory step — no fingerprints, no license.

What it costs

IdentoGO charges approximately $104. That fee is paid directly to IdentoGO at booking or at your appointment — not to us. Keep the receipt: it has to be included with your final state application packet.

Where people get tripped up

You have to enroll under the exact right program at IdentoGO — enroll under the wrong one and you'll pay again for prints that don't count. Booking your name incorrectly (nickname, missing middle name, address mismatch) is one of the fastest ways to get your prints rejected by the state.

How Solidium handles it

We handle the enrollment details — the correct security-guard program, the exact way your name and address need to appear, and the receipt trail — and book an appointment at the IdentoGO location closest to you. You show up with your ID, get printed, keep the receipt. Done.

The step-by-step logistics — exact appointment codes, forms, payees, and mailing details — are sent by email after you sign up and paid customers can track them on their private progress page.
