Solidium Security is an independent administrative service. We are not affiliated with the New York State Department of State, IdentoGO, IDEMIA, or any government agency. We are not a training school and not a fingerprinting vendor. Solidium handles paperwork, application assistance, and third-party appointment scheduling only. Final approval and issuance of a NYS Security Guard license is determined solely by the State of New York. We do not guarantee approval or a specific timeline.

• We do not: issue licenses or make eligibility determinations.

We collect the personal information you provide on our intake form — legal name, date of birth, address, phone, email, and scheduling information — solely to process your NYS Security Guard license application. We share this information only with the parties required to complete your application: the State of New York, your authorized training provider, and IdentoGO.

Your information is encrypted in transit and at rest. We do not sell, rent, or share your data for marketing purposes. You may request deletion of your records at any time by emailing privacy@solidiumsecurity.com, subject to records we are required to retain by law.

By submitting an application, you agree to provide truthful and accurate information. Our flat $64 service fee covers Solidium's administrative work — coordinating your training seat, scheduling your IdentoGO fingerprint appointment, and preparing your NYS Department of State application packet.

Third-party fees — the 8-hour pre-assignment training (Guardian Group Services, ~$70), IdentoGO fingerprinting (~$104), and the NYS money order (~$36) — are billed directly by those providers and are not included in the $64.

The $64 admin fee is fully refundable until we begin scheduling your training class or fingerprint appointment on your behalf. Once scheduling work has begun, the $64 is non-refundable. Third-party fees you pay directly to Guardian Group Services, IdentoGO, or the State of New York are governed by those providers' own refund policies — not ours.

We are not responsible for State denials, IdentoGO appointment availability, or class cancellations made by third-party training providers.
