Solidium Security is an independent concierge service. We are not affiliated with the New York State Department of State, IdentoGO, or any government agency. We assist applicants with the administrative work of obtaining a NYS security guard license. Final approval and issuance of the license is determined solely by the State of New York. We do not guarantee approval.
We collect personal information — including your legal name, date of birth, address, phone, email, and eligibility responses — solely to process your NYS security guard license application. We share this information only with the parties required to complete your application: the State of New York, your authorized training provider, and IdentoGO.
Your information is encrypted in transit and at rest. We do not sell, rent, or share your data for marketing purposes. You may request deletion of your records at any time by emailing privacy@solidiumsecurity.com, subject to records we are required to retain by law.
By submitting an application, you agree to provide truthful and accurate information. The $149 service fee covers Solidium Security's concierge work — coordinating, scheduling, and submitting your application. Third-party fees (training course, IdentoGO fingerprinting, and State licensing fees) are billed separately by those providers and are not included.
Refund policy: the $149 fee is fully refundable until we begin scheduling your class or fingerprint appointment. Once scheduling work has begun, the fee is non-refundable. We are not responsible for State denials, IdentoGO availability, or class cancellations made by third-party training providers.
